Trypan Blue Ophthalmic Solution | GMP Vital Dye for Cataract Surgery

Trypan Blue Ophthalmic Solution

Trypan Blue Ophthalmic Solution is a sterile, isotonic vital dye used exclusively in ophthalmic microsurgery to selectively stain ocular tissues for improved visualization.
It is most commonly used in phacoemulsification and cataract surgery to stain the anterior lens capsule, making it clearly visible during capsulorhexis. It also assists in staining corneal tissue, Descemet’s membrane, and other structures in complex anterior segment procedures.
The dye is non-toxic to corneal endothelium and intraocular tissues at clinical concentrations, supporting safe and precise surgical dissection.
