Description
Produced in a formal pharmaceutical factory under strict GMP quality control standards, Ciprofloxacin Lactate Injection is a broad-spectrum fluoroquinolone antibacterial injection. It inhibits bacterial DNA gyrase and topoisomerase IV, interfering with bacterial DNA replication, transcription and repair, thus exerting rapid bactericidal effects against a wide range of Gram-negative and Gram-positive bacteria.
Indications
For the treatment of moderate to severe infections caused by sensitive bacteria, including urinary tract infections, respiratory tract infections, gastrointestinal infections, abdominal infections, skin and soft tissue infections, bone and joint infections, sepsis and other systemic infections.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place, protected from light. Do not freeze. Do not use if the solution is cloudy, discolored or contains particulate matter. Keep out of reach of children.
Warning
Prescription drug for intravenous infusion only. Must be administered under medical supervision.
Contraindicated in patients with hypersensitivity to ciprofloxacin or other quinolones, epilepsy or a history of convulsive disorders, and in children and adolescents under 18 years of age.
Use with caution in patients with renal or hepatic impairment, elderly patients, and during pregnancy and lactation.
May cause photosensitivity reactions; avoid direct sunlight or UV exposure during treatment.
