Description
Paclitaxel for Injection (Albumin Bound) is an injectable nanoparticle formulation composed of paclitaxel bound to human serum albumin.
It acts by stabilizing microtubules and inhibiting mitosis, thereby exerting potent antitumor activity. The albumin-bound form improves tumor targeting, reduces solvent-related toxicity, and generally does not require routine premedication for hypersensitivity.
