Description
Artemether-Lumefantrine is a standardized artemisinin combination therapy (ACT).
Artemether rapidly eliminates blood-stage malaria parasites and relieves acute symptoms; Lumefantrine provides long-lasting antimalarial action to clear residual parasites and prevent recurrence. The oral suspension is easy to administer, suitable for pediatric and administer, suitable for pediatric and vulnerable patients.
Indications
Treatment of uncomplicated malaria caused by Plasmodium falciparum and Plasmodium vivax.
Recommended first-line combination antimalarial medicine for endemic regions.
Storage

Warning
For oral use only.
Contraindicated in patients with hypersensitivity to artemether, lumefantrine or excipients.
Not for severe malaria; reserve injectable antimalarials for critical cases.
Common adverse reactions: mild headache, dizziness, gastrointestinal discomfort.
Avoid concurrent use with QT-prolonging drugs.
