Mefenamic Capsules 250mg contains Mefenamic Acid, belonging to non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs). It inhibits prostaglandin synthesis, exerting significant analgesic, anti-inflammatory and antipyretic effects.
It is especially widely used for primary dysmenorrhea, also effective for various mild and moderate pain such as headache, toothache, joint pain and soft tissue injury pain. Oral absorption is stable, onset fast, suitable for short-term pain relief under standard medication.
