Sunitinib Malate 12.5mg Capsules is an oral multi-targeted tyrosine kinase inhibitor (TKI). It selectively inhibits multiple receptor tyrosine kinases related to tumor angiogenesis, cell proliferation, metastasis and tumor progression.
It blocks blood supply to tumor tissues and inhibits tumor cell growth and spread. Clinically indicated for advanced renal cell carcinoma, gastrointestinal stromal tumor and well-differentiated pancreatic neuroendocrine tumor. It is a core targeted anticancer agent for standardized tumor treatment, only used under professional oncologist monitoring.
