Description
Diclofenac Sodium Injection is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) that inhibits prostaglandin synthesis, producing strong analgesic, anti-inflammatory and antipyretic effects for rapid relief of moderate to severe pain and inflammation.
Indications
Rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, ankylosing spondylitis
Postoperative pain, trauma or fracture pain
Low back pain, sciatica, neuralgia
Acute gout attack
Febrile conditions requiring rapid temperature reduction
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place, protected from light.
Keep out of reach of children.
Warning
Prescription drug for intramuscular injection only.
Contraindicated in patients with hypersensitivity to diclofenac or NSAIDs, active peptic ulcer, bleeding tendency, severe hepatic/renal/cardiac insufficiency, and during late pregnancy.
May cause gastrointestinal irritation, local pain, dizziness or rash.
Avoid concomitant use with other NSAIDs.
Use under medical supervision.
