Diphenhydramine Injection 50mg/mL is a sterile, aqueous solution of diphenhydramine hydrochloride intended for parenteral administration. Each 2mL ampoule contains 100mg of diphenhydramine hydrochloride at a concentration of 50mg/mL. Diphenhydramine is a first-generation H1 antihistamine belonging to the ethanolamine chemical class, with a broad pharmacological profile including antihistaminic, sedative, antiemetic, and anticholinergic activities.
