Product Overview

Pemetrexed Disodium for Injection 100mg is a sterile, nonpyrogenic, lyophilized powder intended for reconstitution with 0.9% Sodium Chloride Injection (preservative-free) and further dilution prior to intravenous infusion. Each vial contains pemetrexed disodium equivalent to 100mg of pemetrexed free acid. Pemetrexed is a multitargeted antifolate antimetabolite with activity against rapidly dividing cells. The intravenous formulation is designed for use in adult patients with malignant pleural mesothelioma (in combination with cisplatin) and locally advanced or metastatic non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) (as second-line therapy or maintenance therapy following platinum-based chemotherapy).
