Vitamin B1 (Thiamine Hydrochloride) Injection 100mg/1mL is a sterile, aqueous solution of thiamine hydrochloride intended for parenteral administration. Each 1mL ampoule contains 100mg of thiamine hydrochloride at a concentration of 100mg/mL. Thiamine (vitamin B1) is an essential water-soluble B-complex vitamin that cannot be synthesized by the human body and must be obtained through dietary intake or supplementation. It plays a fundamental role in cellular energy metabolism, particularly in the oxidative decarboxylation of carbohydrates and the maintenance of normal neurological and cardiovascular function. The parenteral formulation is designed for use in situations where oral supplementation is not feasible, such as in patients with gastrointestinal malabsorption, severe vomiting, postoperative states, or when rapid correction of thiamine deficiency is required.
