Product Description
Artemether/Lumefantrine is a classic Artemisinin-Based Combination Therapy (ACT) recommended by WHO.
- Artemether: Fast-acting artemisinin derivative, rapidly kills malaria parasites, quickly reduces fever and parasitemia.
- Lumefantrine: Long-acting antimalarial component, eliminates residual parasites, prevents recrudescence and slows drug resistance.
The two ingredients produce strong synergistic effect, high cure rate, low recurrence, and effectively delays the development of malarial drug resistance.
Indications
Treatment of uncomplicated malaria caused by Plasmodium falciparum and other susceptible malaria species in adults and older children.
Directions for Use
Oral administration, swallow whole with water. Take with food or fatty drink to improve absorption of lumefantrine. Follow standard 3-day treatment course as per medical guidelines; complete full course even if symptoms improve.

Warnings
- Contraindicated in hypersensitivity to artemether, lumefantrine or any excipients.
- Use cautiously in liver and renal impairment patients.
- Caution in early pregnancy; use only under doctor’s supervision.
