Product Description
Azithromycin is a broad‑spectrum macrolide antibiotic. It inhibits bacterial protein synthesis, exerting bacteriostatic and bactericidal effects against a wide range of Gram‑positive, Gram‑negative and atypical pathogens.
It features rapid absorption, long half‑life, short treatment course and good tissue penetration. Well tolerated with fewer gastrointestinal side effects, widely used in adult bacterial infections.
Indications
- Upper & lower respiratory tract infections: pharyngitis, tonsillitis, sinusitis, bronchitis, community‑acquired pneumonia
- Otitis media
- Skin and soft tissue bacterial infections
- Urogenital infections: chlamydia, gonorrhea and other sexually transmitted bacterial infections
- Atypical bacterial infections
Directions for Use
Oral administration, swallow whole with water. Take at least 1 hour before or 2 hours after meals. Follow doctor prescription; complete the full course of therapy.
