Description
Produced under GMP standards, Cimetidine Injection is a competitive histamine H2-receptor antagonist. It strongly inhibits gastric acid secretion (both basal and stimulated), reduces gastric acid volume and acidity, protects gastric mucosa, and promotes the healing of ulcer lesions.
Indications
Treatment of gastric ulcer, duodenal ulcer
Prevention and treatment of stress ulcer and acute upper gastrointestinal bleeding
Zollinger–Ellison syndrome and other gastric acid hypersecretion states
Reflux esophagitis

Store in a cool, dry place, protected from light. Do not freeze.

Warning
Prescription drug for intravenous or intramuscular use only.
Contraindicated in patients with hypersensitivity to cimetidine.
Use with caution in hepatic and renal dysfunction, elderly patients, and during pregnancy and lactation.
May interfere with certain drug metabolism; monitor concomitant medications.
