Description
Cyanocobalamin Injection is a synthetic form of vitamin B12. It participates in nucleic acid synthesis, fat and carbohydrate metabolism, and maintains normal hematopoietic function and peripheral nerve myelin integrity.
Indications
Megaloblastic anemia, pernicious anemia
Vitamin B12 deficiency caused by malnutrition, malabsorption, or increased demand
Neurological disorders: peripheral neuritis, neuralgia, multiple neuropathies
Adjuvant treatment for liver diseases and malnutrition
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place, protected from light.
Do not freeze.
Keep out of reach of children.
Warning
For intramuscular injection only.
Contraindicated in patients with hypersensitivity to cyanocobalamin or any component.
Use with caution in patients with hypokalemia, gout, or Leber’s disease.
May cause mild allergic reactions, headache, or dizziness.
Use under medical supervision.
