Aceglutamide Injection 100mg/5mL is a sterile, aqueous solution of aceglutamide (N-acetyl-L-glutamine) intended for parenteral administration. Each 5mL ampoule contains 100mg of aceglutamide at a concentration of 20mg/mL. Aceglutamide is the N-acetylated derivative of L-glutamine, a conditionally essential amino acid that plays important roles in nitrogen transport, cellular energy metabolism, and neurotransmitter precursor supply.
