Product Overview
20% Fat Emulsion Injection 100mL is a sterile, nonpyrogenic, white milky emulsion intended for intravenous infusion. Each 100mL container contains 20g of refined soybean oil (long-chain triglycerides), 1.2g of egg yolk phospholipids (as emulsifying agent), and 2.25g of glycerol (as isotonic agent), in Water for Injections. The product provides a concentrated source of calories (approximately 2 kcal/mL, totaling approximately 200 kcal per 100mL) and essential fatty acids (linoleic acid and alpha-linolenic acid) for patients requiring parenteral nutrition support when oral or enteral nutrition is not feasible, insufficient, or contraindicated.
