Product Overview

Aceglutamide Injection 100mg/5mL is a sterile, aqueous solution of aceglutamide (N-acetyl-L-glutamine) intended for parenteral administration. Each 5mL ampoule contains 100mg of aceglutamide at a concentration of 20mg/mL. Aceglutamide is the N-acetylated derivative of L-glutamine, a conditionally essential amino acid that plays important roles in nitrogen transport, cellular energy metabolism, and neurotransmitter precursor supply. The acetylated form exhibits enhanced stability and improved ability to cross biological membranes, including the blood-brain barrier, making it suitable for parenteral administration in situations where oral intake is not feasible or when targeted metabolic support is desired.
